But in the meantime, Sony's pulling a page from Microsoft's playbook with a new live-action trailer. Dubbed 'From Ashes,' it offers a touching glimpse into the Spartan's past and begins to explain just why he's so upset -- and how his skin got that odd, ashy look (hint: it's people!).
God of War: Ascension is due out exclusively on the PS3 on March 12.
