  • Bookworm Freezing?

    I have had many short term freezes when playing Bookworm, but it has always, I think, restarted after a short period. If it will not load, make sure Java is properly set up, I remember that Firefox regards it as an unsafe App.

    As a new subject, I DO NOT LIKE this new overloaded page it takes far too long to load. Am I the only one with this view? Can we start a campaign to get Yahoo to revert to the old simple Bookworm page?

    Not only does Bookworm not work with IE, it doesn't in Firefox too....and many of the other games have the same problem, even the Daily Crossword.
    Been like this for over two weeks.

    For the present a one-star rating is being generous.

    Yuhoo Yahoo, time to get it together and fix this.

    Please fix BOOKWORM for IE.

    I sure miss it and hope someone out there

    will figure this out SOON.

    I don't want to use another browser.

    Time to FIX Bookworm for good or get rid rid of it....

    des havingpite all of thr problems i've been having with this game,i still rank it as a five-star game. however,i'm unable to sign in to play bookworm skill.that bothers me because every time i try to sign in,i can't register.also,why can a person only buy one game per month? i'd rather buy them all at once,since the prices are so reasonable. those 1 hr. free trials really whet my appetite,making me even more anxious to see how each game ends.

    I've been playing this for years and have really enjoyed the game. When I first started playing everything was fine, the game responded as it should. For the last couple of years, it has decided that it has a mind of it's own. It will freeze and that's all there is folks--it's frozen. I still enjoy the game, but wish this could be corrected.

    I would rate the game with five stars, but would give the action in the game a minus one. Thanks for making Bookworm available even if you have to fight it to play it.
