Daily Crosswords

For over a week, I have not been able to access the daily crossword puzzle. All I get (after the ad which comes in just fine, of course), this is the message I get where the puzzle should be:

"Sorry. The program was not able to find an important file (xm_control.xml) which it needs in order to play properly. We apologize for this inconvenience."

I've been playing this for a few years and have never seen this. Up until now, I would have given it 4-5 stars. What IS this and how do I resolve it? I've tried everything. Major bummer.

Don't know why folks are complaining....I haven't had any problems with any of the daily games I do. Hope everyone's problems resolve quickly.

Whats wrong with the Daily Crossword? This site is pretty much worthless lately

Where is the "Recent Activity" arrow? I don't like to have to search for every single game I want to play. Let's get it back please!

Is there a way to play puzzles from previous days that you have missed? If so I can't figure it out....if not then way does it have a "play more" option after you solve one?

My computer repairman suggested using Google Chrome. I did and the puzzles are loading much faster now. Maybe this will help a least a few of you.

What happen to your crossword game? now you use the same crossword as my newspaper, I guess I won't be playing here anymore

We have played this every day for months. It has been running well using the Mozilla Firefox browser. We have only had a problem once loading this game and updating Java solved the issue.

while loading games internet explorer repeatedly stops and taking checking for solution option results only in a loop of loading, stopping, checking online for solution, closing and restarting. Rating not for game itself but for loading problems. Is it maxed out or an actuall glitch.

Try hitting the button and then repost. it would be nice to have an archive...on all the games. but it is free! i take what I can get. THANKS YAHOO
