Misses: However, I was expecting a more challenging mystery, and i wished that it would've lasted longer.

Hits: Admirably thorough and well thought-out for a one-time mystery; the side conflict was a good distraction. The music was appropriate in most cases.

Misses: The vocals were pretty annoying. Also, the culprit seemed obvious once I spoke to that person and then found a certain clue (without asking about it).

The Full Report: A decent story. It started a bit slow, but I got into the swing of it—enough that I guessed the culprit rather quickly. Still, there was obvious effort put into the plot, clues, and suspects. The side conflict(s) rounded out the characters and possible motivations nicely.

The pseudo-creepy visuals were of a good quality but didn't add anything to the atmosphere, and they mostly felt contrived for mere shock value. Quite frankly, I could have done without the vocal inclusions entirely. The music was far better, however, and fit both the situation and the chosen location well.

A good game overall, and worth the time of any standard armchair detective with an hour to spare.
