Hits: I loved it! Reminded me of Ace Attourney a llittle bit, which I loved as well :)
I actually would have never guessed the culprit.
Misses: The music did get annoying, wish there was a little bit more variety, and the voices for when they spoke, laughed at strange times in their sentences.0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

Ok to try, but not much of a murder mystery game.

Hits: Having to look for clues and ask questions.
Misses: You really don't have to pay attention to much to win this game thanks to the try again feature.
The Full Report: This game starts off with a good premise, a murder has occured and it's up to you to solve it. You travel around the park searching for clues and interviewing suspects. Unfortunately you don't really sove the case yourself as once you get enough info on the suspects the game automatically crosses them off your list. So by the time you have to announce who did it you already know who it was. And thanks to the try again feature when explaining your "deduction" you come to learn you didn't have to pay any attention during the actual game. So you could just click through quickly, showing the suspects the clues and asking them questions to narrow it down to the murderer, without even bothering to read anything. Then as you're explaining to to officer why the crime happened the way it did if you make a mistake you can keep trying again until you get everything right to put the murderer behind bars. In theory you could probably finish the game in five minutes or less.
It would have been more interesting in none of the suspects were automatically cleared by the game and you had to decide they were innocent yourself. In otherwords it was entirely up to you to deduce who was guilty and who was innocent instead of the game saying you had collected everything to prove their innocence. That would leave more of a chance of you blowing the case if you did not pay attention. And eliminating the try again feature at the end of the game so you couldn't count on always winning the game everytime you played without having to start over from the beginning. A try again feature on leveled games always starts you at the beginning of the level, not the last few seconds of it.
The game is extremely easy to learn. The graphics are ok, maybe a little dark, but they could have been worse. The sound gets annoying after a while. And with the fact that you don't really have to pay the game any attention to win it I can't find much lasting appeal.
On a final note, who was that little girl0 of 0 people found this review helpful-
