  • Up and running but a Moot point

    In nice red lettering at the top it says that the game is going to be discontinued shortly, so having it up and running is a moot point. I sent a polite but nasty email to playdemic about customer service and providing technical support for all websites that they allow to run the game. I got zero response back and definitely no apologies so they clearly are only interested in making money and NOT providing customer service. BIG mistake........you won't have customers if you don't provide service. Geeks, may have a lot of tech brain, much not much else. I can pretty much foresee the future of Playdemic and don't need a crystal ball. Hope they all have some other line of work planned for the near future.

    I couldn't play for almost a month because every time I would try to fish it would freeze and now I cannot play because the whole page won't load...you want us to ask friends to join the game and spend money on stuff and you can't even get it to work right over half the time!!

    so after more than 2 days of only a half of a screen is the company not going to fix the problem? i see that some people can now play by pressing the tab button. this didnt work for me. so am i now to say oh well? there goes my money that i spent on this game?

    Below is my original review. As an update, I've tried some of the "fixes" suggested by other users and have had no luck. In the meantime, they may actually fix the game if we contact them directly rather than just post comments. On the top left of the game page is the "message center" where you can send a direct message. Maybe if enough people message them that the game isn't working, they'll fix it.

    It's very disappointing that this game has been down for about 24 hours now. While it does load, it only loads half the page, meaning you can never press "Okay" to get rid of the popups to actually play the game. I've been playing for a few months and while I enjoy it, the problems are simply not worth it.

    I WANT MY MONEY BACK! ALL $60 OF IT! IT WENT DOWN THE DRAIN! NOTHING I SPENT THAT MONEY ON WILL I EVER GET IT BACK! YOU OWE THAT TO ME FOR THIS HAPPENING AS I PAID MONEY TO PLAY THIS GAME NOT TO HAVE ISSUES WITH IT.
