My game froze, no matter how many times i serve my dishes, harvest my plants or move up from the level im at when I come back, im still on the same level i was before with the same plants and the same dishes(and same xp)

for those who want neighbours. as I saw, we must be messeger contacts and then make the neighbour request in the game. Now, I sent add messages to severeal players. Pls remember to check your messages in the game. There is a little bell on top of the page where there will appear som red numbers according to how many reminders u received. click on them to confirm, otherwise we will never be neighbours. thank u all

My game will not save!! I am seeing that this is a problem for other people as well. I have opened it on different computers, restarted my computer, and reloaded multiple times, and every time it does not load any decorative items i have bought, doesn't show my quests, and goes back to where I was yesterday morning. My crops and animals are still following real time, but it isn't saving. Also, when I go to collect my fish, or send things to neighbors, it freezes the game. I've sent a msg to tech support, but it is not fixed yet. Help!!
