    I personally find that when the game has trouble loading I need to update the flash player on my computer and as soon as I do that there doesn't seem to be any issues. As for people who have problems adding neighbors, I had the same problem until I created a new account. That did mean that I had to start my game all over and re add all of my contacts but I was able to start adding neighbors on GR afterwards. Give it a try and see if it works for you.
