Good game, but too many hands decided on the last card.

Thought I was going to love this game, I won 3 million chips and was very happy with the game, but someone got into my game and the chips were taken or played don't know which one happened. All I know is that I didn't play them now I have nothing, I am so disapointed with this about the game. They should have a way to give the chips back, but don't think they care one way or another if you play there games.
