    At first I thought I had been hacked...sorry to say this, but thank goodness it's happening to everyone. I hope the points are returned. I had a nice $260K stach that I was holding to play over the holidays.

    When your 'free spins' freeze up, go back to the lobby if you can, and then re-enter the same game you were just playing. Once it loads the free spins should still be there. Good Luck!
