Word Roundup

To all you jigsaw fans, MSN has three every day and word roundup.

Your new format really sucks...can't find my games or if I do, they don't load or load so slowly, you give up....whose brilliant idea was this anyway! If I were you, I would find out and get rid of them PRONTO!!!!

This is ridiculous !!!!!! If a major website cannot fix and maintain it's daily games, then think what it's security and other functions are like. I no longer trust a site that cannot or will not focus on customer satisfaction, especially for such a small matter as the daily games. Today was the last straw with the Word Roundup the same as yesterday and Hollywood Jumble not loading at all. Before I go away completely, I am going to send an email to all the sponsors whose ads I see on Yahoo and tell them that Yahoo users are leaving in droves because of the inefficiency of the programmers. I figure if we hit them in the pocket book where it hurts, they might pay attention.

Although it's been said many times many ways, I'll say it again...if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Apparently you also changed the time of day that the daily puzzles update...care to share that info?

I right clicked on the game after it loaded and selected play, then the the puzzle came up. Try it. At least there is no advertisement now.

It's been several days and nothing has improved except that now Word Roundup won't load.

Loads way too slow or not at all. 10 to 15 minutes waiting for a game to load and then having to watch a ad before you can play is no good at all. You are losing another player. Get back to the original format and then leave it alone.
