      It's real alright. Really cool effect. If you have a smart phone you can find a tilt shift generator app in the app store. There's usually a free version to try out first.

    Very well done and maybe there should been a real picture to compare the "miniature" with to show the illusion. Amazing trick photography, likewise I'm sure there's a way to make miniatures look like the real deal as well.

    I can't believe how many people commenting don't understand the illusion -- saying it's not that great -- that you "can tell they're miniatures" and hilarious stuff like that. These are photos of ACTUAL real-life scenes made to LOOK like they're miniatures. Geniuses. Try a little reading comprehension sometime.

      not all of them are real ... I challenge anyone to tell me where that airport is if it is in fact real. Of the 6, I claim two fakes. See my previous post about pulling your head out of your #$%$ which I stand by. It's the internet dude. Not everything you read is real, including your rank as Captain.

    I wish I saw the pics before I was informed they were actual size made to look miniature. I'm not sure I'd think they were miniature.

    lmao photoshop's blur tool across 70% of an image... brutally simple yet extremely potent. I'm a miniaturist and was puzzled considerably by a few of these haha- excellent work.
