The sequel features greatly enhanced level-creation tools, allowing would-be designers to craft more than just platform levels: puzzles, racing, and role-playing are now all in the cards. What's more, the game features new cutscene-creation tools, and a fully-functional musical sequencer that will allow truly ambitious users to compose elaborate soundtracks. The story this time involves a mysterious box, which, when opened, releases evil spirits that turn many of the Patapons to stone. In endeavoring to cure this plague you'll learn more about the Patapons, where they come from, and where they're going. Patapon 3 is set for an April 2011 release.
